On Wednesday June 24th 2020 at 12pm the Australian Exposure Information Platform (AEIP) will transition to a new web mapping application. We ask that you do not submit any request between 12pm and 12.30pm on this day.
If you experience any issues using the new application please send an email to aeip@ga.gov.au with any accompanying documentation and screen shots and we will address it immediately.
Changes to Exposure Reports:
Using the new application it will be possible to submit Areas of Interest (AoI) that cross state borders and receive an associated Exposure Report reflecting the AoI. The reporting template has been modified to accommodate National Averages for the Dwelling estimates, but there are no other changes to the report template. Where an AoI is within one state the Dwelling data will display both the State and National averages (Figure 1). Where an AoI crosses state borders the State averages will be blank and the National averages will be displayed (Figure 2).
